Arbitration proceedings
In the case of disputes between attorneys and their clients, upon request, arbitration of the dispute is possible, before the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg (Hanseatische Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg) (pursuant to Article 73 paragraph 2 subparagraph 3 in conjunction with Article 73 paragraph 5 BRAO) or before the Attorneys' Arbitration Board (Article 191f BRAO) on the Federal Bar Association, to be found on the internet at the website of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de), email: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de.
